Football Clinic coming to Big Country

Abilene TLCA Athletic Director Jeremy Kirk is excited to announce that for the first time, a clinic for football coaches is headed to Abilene.

The Big Country Football Clinic will be held on June 3, 2022 at 9 a.m. at Wylie High School’s Performing Arts Center and will feature several big-name coaches from both the high school and college ranks.

Among those scheduled to speak at the inaugural event are:

• 2020 state champion Matt Fanning, Jim Ned

• 2021 state champion Sterling Doty, Stephenville

• 2021 state finalist Mitch Ables, Hawley

• Jordan Neal, McMurry University

More speakers will be announced at a later date.

Registration is just $40 per coach and will include a meal and t-shirt. Registration forms are located at https://bigcountryfootballclinic.regfox.com/big-country-football-clinic .

Lunch will be provided at noon and there will be a networking hour from 5-6 p.m. prior to the conclusion of the inaugural event.
