Media “Tour”

I can’t thank some friends and folks in local media enough for helping spread the word about Big Country Blitz this week.

I got to be on the interviewee side of the camera for the first time thanks to Evan Nemec at KTXS Sports yesterday.

Also this past week Richard Ferguson at KXOX radio in Sweetwater invited me to be on their “Chopping Block” high school football pick ‘em show. We’ll see if I can go 0-for-10!

My old buddy Carl Wayne at KOXE radio in Brownwood has had me on a few times to plug Big Country Blitz. I’ll be doing some work for that station starting Friday night around 10:30 p.m. when I co-host the Dr. Pepper Scoreboard Show alongside Mike Blagg. Excited to be doing that !

Also thanks to Al Picket for having me on “Let’s Talk Sports” a few weeks back on KWKC/KZQQ radio in Abilene. Al and I go back to my time as a sports reporter/anchor at KRBC and as a weekly radio show co-host and eventually host at KVRP in Haskell.

Big thanks as well to Tracy Carter for featuring us in my wife’s hometown paper, the Hamlin Herald. Front page news!
