3A Best of the Big Country

Both MVP picks were difficult. The offensive pick was narrowed down between Price and powerful Jim Ned offensive lineman Gage Stanaland, both on the cover of Big Country Blitz this year. Price earned the slight nod because of being a quarterback that will have the ball in his hands every play. The reigning District 3-3A Division I MVP is the pick as the Big Country Blitz Preseason 3A defensive player of the year: Tanner Hussman from Jim Ned. The Indian defense will be expected to carry the load early as the team replaces some key components on offense.
