ABILENE, Texas — The War Hawks fell at home 28-7 in their conference opener Saturday afternoon.

McMurry drops to 0-3, 0-1 in ASC play while the Tigers improves to 1-1, 1-0.

The War Hawks only allowed 246 yards in the game but were limited to 104 of their own, 48 rushing and 56 passing.

ETBU picked off three passes, taking one back for a touchdown in the fourth quarter to go up 28-7 and put the game away.

McMurry returns to action next Saturday at Southwestern.
